Custom meeting notices

Some stages of a project require you to arrange a meeting and notify the right people: site start-up, pre-handover inspections, handover. A meeting notice is more than a formality. For a handover, it must even comply with the French Civil Code (Article 1792-6).

Done by hand, it is time-consuming and error-prone: a wrong date, an incorrect contact detail, a forgotten contractor, and the meeting falls through. At these key stages, it is better to leave nothing to chance.

For the project manager, it is the assurance of officially notifying the right people at the right time.

The Meeting notices module lets you generate your notices for key project milestones in one click: handover, site start-up, pre-handover inspections, or any other meeting thanks to a customisable template.

Two sending formats are available: a printable version, to send by recorded delivery, or sending directly from Archireport, with remote signature.

Project information and contractors’ contact details are already filled in, which avoids omissions and mistakes. And for handovers, the notice complies with the French Civil Code (Article 1792-6).

Activez le module depuis le Modules Manager. Ajoutez-le ensuite à un projet existant ou à un nouveau projet depuis ses préférences. Le module apparaît alors dans le menu de votre projet.
