Each contractor receives only the observations that concern them. On screen: a clear list or a plan view with clickable markers (white = to do, blue = done). A clear overview, with no effort.
Get a photo when the task is done
As soon as a task is completed, the contractor can mark it as « done » and add a photo. For you, that means smooth, visual follow-up, with no unnecessary chasing.
You stay in control of approval
Every observation ticked as « done » is automatically pre-approved in Archireport. You stay in control: approve it or reopen it. The final decision is yours, without travelling to site.

ar.live is the ideal app for communicating with everyone involved on site. From the ar.live app, contractors can see the tasks they need to carry out and pre-approve them with a message and a photo, which you receive back in Archireport.
The ar.live app is free for contractors and for you.
The ar.live app is simple to set up. When you send your report, enable the ar.live distribution option to invite recipients to download the app. Once they’ve created a password, contractors see their snags as a list and can reply with a photo and a message. The reply is sent to Archireport, directly under the snag: it’s up to you to approve it.
The software is available on phone and tablet, as well as on computer through the web version.
ar.live provides a drop box for sharing documents (photos, PDFs) with your contractors. You can also allow a contractor to upload documents, which all the other contractors can then view.
