Joint inspections

Before an external contractor starts work on a site, a joint inspection of the premises must be arranged with them to identify the risks linked to co-activity. This visit is specific to each contractor: what matters for an electrician does not necessarily matter for a drylining contractor, and the resulting document must reflect that.

For the health and safety coordinator, this can mean a visit and a report to redo for every new contractor on site, with the same safety items to re-enter each time.

The aim is to carry out this visit quickly for each contractor, without starting from scratch on the safety items that come up every time.

The HSE manager keeps a record of every inspection, and contractors then find the points they need to deal with on ar.live.

The Joint inspections module lets you produce a dedicated joint inspection report for each contractor working on the site. Recurring safety items are pre-filled: all you have to do is complete them with your own text, photos and sketches from the visit.

The report can be signed and shared directly from the site, so each contractor leaves with their document before their work even begins.
