Why a dedicated prevention plans module?

Unlike the joint inspection, which is specific to each contractor, the prevention plan is a single document for the whole site: it brings together the co-activity risks identified and the prevention measures decided as a result. This document must remain accessible and up to date for the entire duration of the project, which can change as new contractors arrive or new constraints arise.

A plan frozen on the first day of the works quickly loses its value if conditions change and it is not updated. The health and safety coordinator therefore needs to be able to update it easily, without starting a new document for every adjustment.

A module designed for the health and safety coordinator and the HSE manager, but also for the site supervisor who welcomes contractors on site.

The Prevention plans module lets you create a single prevention plan for your site, with the usual safety items pre-filled. You complete it with your own text, photos and sketches for the site, then update it as the works progress and constraints change.

The document stays centralised and up to date throughout the project, rather than scattered across several versions.

Comment ça marche ?

Activez le module depuis le Modules Manager. Ajoutez-le ensuite à un projet existant ou à un nouveau projet depuis ses préférences. Le module apparaît alors dans le menu de votre projet.
