Safety audit

A safety audit is not meant to produce a standard site report: it must make it possible to decide quickly, point by point, whether a situation is acceptable or not, and whether it requires immediate action. The usual statuses of a site report (open, cleared, pending) are not suited to this inspection logic.

Without a set of statuses specific to audits, each auditor is likely to word their findings differently, which makes it harder to compare one audit, or one site, with another.

The aim is to have a shared assessment grid that is quick to use on site, so you can produce a detailed audit without spending a disproportionate amount of time on it.

The Safety audits module adds a separate tab to your project, with dedicated observation statuses: To be corrected, To be improved, To be corrected immediately and Compliant. This shared grid lets you qualify each point inspected clearly and consistently, without writing long explanations for each status.

You keep all the usual features (photos, location on the plan) to document your findings, in a workflow kept separate from your regular site visits.

Activez le module depuis le Modules Manager. Ajoutez-le ensuite à un projet existant ou à un nouveau projet depuis ses préférences. Le module apparaît alors dans le menu de votre projet.
