QHSE site report

A QHSE observation does not carry the same weight depending on its nature and severity: missing signage does not call for the same response as a fall hazard. A generic report, where all observations look alike, does not let teams prioritise their corrective actions at a glance.

On site, the QHSE manager also often has to show that an issue has been dealt with, not just reported — which means being able to compare a « before » and an « after » for the same defect.

The aim is to qualify each observation as soon as it is spotted, with an explicit priority level, and to keep visual proof of its resolution.

The QHSE site report module lets you set the severity (low, medium, high), so priorities are clear as soon as the report is read. You locate each observation on the plan with numbered markers, and rely on checklists so nothing is missed.

The before/after photo feature lets you illustrate an issue and then its resolution, to show simply that a corrective action has actually been carried out.

Activez le module depuis le Modules Manager. Ajoutez-le ensuite à un projet existant ou à un nouveau projet depuis ses préférences. Le module apparaît alors dans le menu de votre projet.
