BREEAM certification

BREEAM certification is an internationally recognised method for assessing the environmental performance of a building. It is based on criteria such as energy efficiency, water management, the impact of materials and occupant wellbeing.

Achieving certification adds value to a property project: it demonstrates its commitment to sustainability and its compliance with best practice. But the assessment is demanding. You have to track many criteria, gather evidence and organise a large amount of data.

On site, that means a lot of findings to document, then structure properly. That is exactly what this module is for.

For the HSE manager or the client’s representative, it is a way to keep all the evidence in one place.

The BREEAM certification module helps you structure, collect and present the information needed for the assessment. You start from a pre-configured project, ready for a « BREEAM - New Construction » report.

You work through the different areas of the certification: environmental site management, construction waste, protection and enhancement of site ecology, indoor air quality… For each section, you enter comments, add notes and photos, and tick off checklists.

Once data collection is complete, the report is generated as a PDF, and you choose which chapters to include. You get a clear document, ready to attach to your evidence.

Activez le module depuis le Modules Manager. Ajoutez-le ensuite à un projet existant ou à un nouveau projet depuis ses préférences. Le module apparaît alors dans le menu de votre projet.
