Photo report

On site, a picture often says more than a long text. A wall built, a careful finish, a milestone reached: your clients want to see the work progressing. And they are not always on site.

A site photo report meets that need. It shows progress, showcases your work and reassures the client between visits. For an architect, a project manager or a site manager, it is also a real client relationship tool. A project followed in pictures inspires confidence.

In practice, it saves you calls along the lines of « where are we up to? ». The client already has the answer, with photos to prove it.

Useful for the site supervisor to document progress, for the interior architect to reassure clients, or for the landscape architect to follow a scheme season after season. Photos are taken on site with Notes & photos.

The Photo report module lets you create clear, professional visual reports directly on site. You take your photos, sort them, add a description, and the report formats itself.

Each report brings together your illustrated observations. You add one or more photos per observation, with their description. The final document is clean, dated and ready to send.

The module is free and included in every Archireport account. It works on iOS, Android and the web app. You work on site or in the office, with no re-typing.

Activez le module depuis le Modules Manager. Ajoutez-le ensuite à un projet existant ou à un nouveau projet depuis ses préférences. Le module apparaît alors dans le menu de votre projet.
