Expert reports

An expert report is a demanding document. It follows a methodology, includes specific information and engages the professional liability of its author. Cracks, defective workmanship, pre-purchase surveys, condition reports, handover inspections: each assignment has its own findings to document.

On site, the expert gathers a lot of information: descriptions, photos, sketches, plans, measurements. Then everything has to be properly formatted, often back at the office. It is this double entry that costs time.

For the building surveyor, the goal is simple: collect everything once, on site, and produce a clear report without spending the evening on it.

The Expert reports module lets you build your report as the visit progresses. Each finding is created on the spot: you add notes and photos, an annotated sketch, a location on the plan and a description.

You structure your observations the way you want, and the report is generated automatically with a clean layout, ready to send. You can reuse your checklists from one survey to the next, adding only what is specific to each building.

The module adapts to your different assignments: cracks, defective workmanship, latent defects, pre-purchase surveys, move-in or move-out condition reports, and end-of-works handover inspections.

Activez le module depuis le Modules Manager. Ajoutez-le ensuite à un projet existant ou à un nouveau projet depuis ses préférences. Le module apparaît alors dans le menu de votre projet.
