Multi-Year Works Plan (PPT)

The Multi-Year Works Plan sets out, over ten years, the works needed to preserve, maintain and improve a building. It estimates costs and ranks priorities, helping co-owners make informed decisions and keep their budget under control over time.

In France, it has also become mandatory for many co-owned buildings. The stakes are real and the work is substantial: structure, roof, façades, building services, fire safety, lifts… all have to be reviewed, item by item.

On site, that means a lot of information to collect, then format into a clear document. That is precisely the problem this module solves.

A module designed for the building surveyor and the project manager who support co-owners.

The PPT module lets you collect all the information directly on site. You start from a pre-configured project that covers each item: summary, structure, roof, façades, windows, building services, heating, circulation areas, lifts, fire safety, outdoor areas…

For each section, you enter comments, add notes and photos, tick off checklists, and estimate costs and priorities. Two templates are available to suit the way you work.

Once data collection is complete, the report is generated as a PDF. You choose which chapters to include and get a clear document, ready to share with all stakeholders.

Activez le module depuis le Modules Manager. Ajoutez-le ensuite à un projet existant ou à un nouveau projet depuis ses préférences. Le module apparaît alors dans le menu de votre projet.
