Global Technical Assessment (DTG)

The Global Technical Assessment (DTG) is a comprehensive analysis of the overall condition of a building: structure, equipment, building services and safety. It gives a clear picture of the condition of the building and helps plan the works ahead.

In France, it is mandatory in certain cases, particularly for buildings over ten years old that are converted into co-ownership. It also serves as the basis for planning works over time. The stakes are real and the assessment is demanding: many items have to be reviewed and a great deal of information gathered.

On site, that means intensive data collection, followed by formatting into a compliant document. That is exactly what this module is for.

A tool built for the building surveyor and the architect in charge of the assessment.

The DTG module lets you collect, organise and present all the information needed for the assessment, directly on site. You start from a pre-configured project that covers every point required for a complete DTG.

For each section, you enter comments, add notes and photos, and tick off checklists. You keep a structured record of the condition of the building and the works to plan for.

Once data collection is complete, the report is generated as a PDF, and you choose which chapters to include. You get a clear, compliant document, ready to share.

Activez le module depuis le Modules Manager. Ajoutez-le ensuite à un projet existant ou à un nouveau projet depuis ses préférences. Le module apparaît alors dans le menu de votre projet.
