Daily reports

The daily report records site progress day after day: work completed, resources deployed, issues encountered. It is an essential monitoring tool for managing the project and for demonstrating progress to the client.

On site, you need to record the day’s activity, backed up by photos, then format it all for distribution. Done at the end of the day or the next morning, this formatting work quickly piles up and ends up being neglected.

For the site manager, the aim is to produce this report quickly, from what has been observed on site, without giving up the evening to it.

The Daily reports module lets you record the day’s activity directly on site: work completed, headcount, notes and photos of key points.

The report is generated automatically with a clear layout, ready to send to the client or the teams concerned. You reuse the same template from one day to the next, entering only what has changed.

The module adapts to sites of any size, with one report per day or a consolidated report over a period.

Activez le module depuis le Modules Manager. Ajoutez-le ensuite à un projet existant ou à un nouveau projet depuis ses préférences. Le module apparaît alors dans le menu de votre projet.
