Site diary

The site diary records the key events of a project day by day: incidents, decisions taken... It is a valuable record in the event of a dispute or a challenge over delays, provided it is kept regularly.

On site, you need to note what happened each day, sometimes backed up by photos, without it becoming an extra burden in an already busy schedule. A diary kept irregularly loses much of its value as evidence.

For the site manager or the project manager, the aim is to record the day’s events quickly, without tedious re-typing.

The site manager, the site supervisor and the HSE manager all find the site’s daily history there.

The Site diary module lets you record site events every day: incidents, decisions... backed up by notes and photos.

Each entry is dated automatically and adds to the project history. The report is generated automatically with a clear layout, ready to use whenever you need to provide evidence.

The module works for day-to-day monitoring as well as for occasionally consulting a site’s history.

Activez le module depuis le Modules Manager. Ajoutez-le ensuite à un projet existant ou à un nouveau projet depuis ses préférences. Le module apparaît alors dans le menu de votre projet.
