Multi-zone pre-handover inspections

On a scheme with several housing units, handover happens trade package by trade package and unit by unit. Mixing these pre-handover snags with your usual site visits makes follow-up impossible to manage.

This module meets two needs. It keeps your pre-handover inspections in a separate workflow, like the Pre-handover inspections module. And it adds sorting by unit or by zone, like the Multi-zone module. You keep clean handover snag lists, filed in the right place, ready to present to the client and the owners.

You get all the features of a standard site visit, plus two levels of organisation.

In each project, you define your units or zones (name, type, floor, area, target handover date, contractors). You then create your pre-handover inspection visits without ever mixing them up with your regular site visits. Each observation is assigned to a zone, on top of trade packages, contractors and photos.

When it comes to the report, you sort by unit or by zone. Your snags are sorted by zone and then by trade package. Each contractor finds the snags they need to clear, and you share a clear handover status for the whole scheme.

Activez le module depuis le Modules Manager. Ajoutez-le ensuite à un projet existant ou à un nouveau projet depuis ses préférences. Le module apparaît alors dans le menu de votre projet.
