Handover certificate (private contracts - multi-zone)

Handover is the act by which the client accepts the works, with or without snags. On a private contract split into several zones, it may take place at different times depending on the trade packages or buildings, which multiplies the documents to produce and have signed.

On site, you need to inspect the condition of each zone, record any snags, and have the corresponding certificate signed by the parties concerned. Reconstructing a clean, dated document for each zone afterwards, consistent with the others, takes time.

For the project manager, the aim is to make each handover legally secure, zone by zone, without losing the overview of the project or multiplying document formats.

The multi-zone Handover certificate module lets you record the condition of each zone during the visit: notes and photos, snags located on the plan, and the handover decision (accepted without snags, accepted with snags, or refused).

The certificate is generated automatically for each zone, with a clear layout ready to be signed by the client and the contractor concerned, and you can consolidate an overview of the whole project.

The module adapts to staggered handovers, phased deliveries and private contracts involving several contractors on separate zones.

Activez le module depuis le Modules Manager. Ajoutez-le ensuite à un projet existant ou à un nouveau projet depuis ses préférences. Le module apparaît alors dans le menu de votre projet.
