Delivery certificate

On projects with several buildings, floors or trade packages, delivery does not happen in a single visit. Each zone has its own progress, its own snags and sometimes its own recipient. Documenting all this in a single site report quickly becomes unreadable for the client and the contractors alike.

On site, you need to inspect zone by zone, record snags, locate them precisely, then bring them together in a coherent summary document. Without the right tool, this often means several separate documents to cross-check manually afterwards.

For the project manager or the site manager, the aim is to keep an overview of the whole site while producing a clear certificate for each zone, without endless back-and-forth between the site and the office.

A module popular with interior architects who hand over to their clients room by room.

The multi-zone Delivery certificate module lets you structure your site by building, floor or trade package, and track the progress of each zone independently. You add your findings, notes and photos, and locate each snag directly on the plan of the zone concerned.

You then generate an automatic site report, zone by zone or consolidated for the whole project, with a layout ready to send to the various stakeholders.

The module adapts to phased deliveries, handovers in stages and multi-site projects where each zone progresses at its own pace.

Activez le module depuis le Modules Manager. Ajoutez-le ensuite à un projet existant ou à un nouveau projet depuis ses préférences. Le module apparaît alors dans le menu de votre projet.
