On a scheme with several housing units or a site split into zones, a site report sorted only by trade package quickly becomes unreadable. Each contractor needs to find what concerns them, unit by unit, without wading through the whole report.

That is daily life for developers and site managers on large projects. The Multi-zone module adds an extra level of sorting: the unit or the zone. Your observations are filed where they actually are, and each contractor follows up their defects without wasting time.

The module includes all the features of a standard site visit. It adds one criterion: the unit or the zone.

In each project, you define your units or zones, with their name, type, floor, area, target handover date and associated contractors (who may be the owners). You then create your observations and assign them to a zone, on top of the usual trade packages, contractors and photos.

When it comes to the site report, a new sorting option appears: by unit or by zone. Your observations are sorted by zone and then by trade package. Each contractor locates and follows up their defects at a glance, and you share a clear report, ready for the developer and the owners alike.

Comment ça marche ?

Activez le module depuis le Modules Manager. Ajoutez-le ensuite à un projet existant ou à un nouveau projet depuis ses préférences. Le module apparaît alors dans le menu de votre projet.
