Château · A new life between Parisian elegance and the comfort of home

In Asnières-sur-Seine, on the outskirts of Paris, Maison Kyka has renovated a beautiful 67 m² family apartment, designed to accompany a new chapter in the life of a young couple and their little girl.

For them, it all began with love at first sight for this apartment overlooking a park, with no buildings opposite, beautiful natural light and a peaceful atmosphere.

Maison Kyka chose to reveal the potential of the place through a new identity. Gone is the bohemian spirit of the couple’s former home: in its place is an interior with Parisian accents, where a warm colour palette plays against clean lines and carefully selected materials.

The living room is organised around a lovely sofa that has become the centrepiece of the project. Both generous and structuring, it sets the tone for the layout and defines a space designed for entertaining, getting together and everyday living.

Another eye-catching detail: the bespoke stained glass in the bathroom. A true signature of the project, it filters the light delicately and adds a handcrafted touch that gives the whole place character.

The result is a bright, warm and timeless apartment, designed to accompany this new family life, between Parisian energy and the comfort of a real home.

Won over by Archireport’s simplicity and efficiency, Maison Kyka decided to roll out the solution in-house for all its site monitoring.
