La Muette · Parisian elegance in every texture

Renovated by Caroline Andreoni, this apartment in Paris’s 16th arrondissement embraces discreet, warm luxury. The existing architecture is not erased here: it is reinterpreted with fine materials, rounded lines and a deliberately soft palette.
The tone is set from the kitchen onwards. Warm wood plays against a spectacularly veined marble, while the central island, with its generously rounded corners, becomes the centrepiece of the space.
In the living room, the approach becomes more enveloping. Sand-coloured walls, open niches and wooden shelving create true interior architecture, while the contemporary fireplace sits naturally within a generously proportioned whole.
One of the great strengths of this 220 m² project lies in its play of textures: wood, stone, marble, textured glass, bouclé fabrics and mineral plasters are layered without ever feeling overloaded. A subtle balance between Parisian heritage character and a warmer, more sensual and organic style.
An apartment that seeks to impress not through accumulation, but through well-judged proportions, rich materials and a few statement pieces. A vision of contemporary luxury in which the spectacular lies in the details, and Parisian elegance gains warmth and personality.
To orchestrate this renovation down to the finest detail, Caroline Andreoni managed her site monitoring with Archireport, ensuring precise continuity between design and delivery.

Archireport has been with me for years. It’s an invaluable tool for keeping site monitoring smooth and staying close to every detail of the project.
