Contractor agreement

The contractor agreement is the document by which a contractor formally commits to carrying out works on behalf of the client. It is a contractual document: the parties, the contract sum and the terms must be stated unambiguously, as it legally binds the contractor as soon as it is signed.

Drawing it up by hand, project after project, means re-entering the same information (contractors, amounts, trade packages) that already exists elsewhere in your project file, with the risk of inconsistencies between the agreement and the rest of your records.

For the project manager, the aim is to generate this document directly from the data already in the project, with no double entry, while still being able to tailor it trade package by trade package.

Activez le module depuis le Modules Manager. Ajoutez-le ensuite à un projet existant ou à un nouveau projet depuis ses préférences. Le module apparaît alors dans le menu de votre projet.
