Site instruction

During construction, decisions have to be made all the time: starting a trade package, carrying out additional works, changing a specification, suspending and then resuming the works. The site instruction is the written order that formalises each of these decisions.

The problem comes when they remain verbal. No one remembers what was decided, by whom or when. The result: challenges, disputes, and responsibilities that are hard to establish.

For the project manager and the site manager, a written site instruction is the record that secures every decision.

The Site instructions module lets you formalise every decision made between contractors. Each instruction is created and issued directly from Archireport, ensuring full traceability and clear approval of the actions to be taken.

Several types are already pre-configured: works contract, additional works, technical change, compliance works, suspension of works, resumption of works. An « Other » format also lets you customise a specific site instruction.

On site, every decision is recorded, dated and sent to the right person, instead of a verbal agreement that is impossible to prove later on.

Activez le module depuis le Modules Manager. Ajoutez-le ensuite à un projet existant ou à un nouveau projet depuis ses préférences. Le module apparaît alors dans le menu de votre projet.
