William Guarneri, Gescor: 80% of the site report done by the end of the meeting
William Guarneri, OPC coordinator

More projects! And more of a life too, more time for themselves.
How did you work before Archireport?
We used Microsoft Word. It was much more complicated during meetings, because you can’t take photos live and you can’t put observations straight into the site report. It took a lot of work after the meeting, whereas today 80% of my site report is done by the end of the meeting.
What kinds of projects do you work on?
At GESCOR, the smallest project is worth €1 million and the largest €80 million. We work on housing, offices, wine-production facilities, secondary schools, care homes, hospitals, data centres and utilities and roads too. We work across many types of project and we’re comfortable everywhere.
How did you find getting started?
I got some information from the teams, which helped me understand how it worked, and I adapted it to the format I was already using.
I watched the demos, which also helped me understand it better. The app is relatively simple and easy to set up.
Your favourite feature?
I don’t have one. I see it more as a whole. I’m used to it now, and for me it’s effective.
Sending, distribution… and what I also like is being able to check who has downloaded the attachment and who has downloaded the site report. That lets me see who the good pupils and the bad pupils are on my projects.
Do you work on projects as a team?
Yes, when there are two of us on the same project, we share it. It’s easy to work together, each taking our own notes, and since we also have connected tablets, syncing lets us see everything that’s being done. It’s instant and practical.
What do your colleagues think?
They’re really happy. It’s much faster, they save time and it’s much simpler than before.
More projects! And more of a life too, more time for themselves.
